The standard talk amoung investors and FED officials grabbed the attention this week.Pushing Mortgages Rates up slightly... just a tad. 

This is the volatility the investors play with to try and see if they can accurately predict what the FED will do... no change in the overall outlook... Rates appear to remain attractive for Home Buyers for the forseeable future.
