The Annual HK’s Hospital Benefit Golf Tournament — traditionally held the first weekend in June — has earned in excess of $2.6 million for Lake Regional medical departments and the purchase of new medical equipment. Mizzou Head Football Coach Gary Pinkel has been named the honorary chair of this year’s tournament. In 13 seasons, Coach Pinkel has lead the Tigers to nine bowl appearances. And in 2013, their second season in the SEC, the Tigers won the East Division title and the 2014 Cotton Bowl Classic. Register for the HK’s tournament today for your opportunity to meet and greet Coach Pinkel, Kansas City Chiefs Ambassadors and other sports celebrities! All proceeds from the 36th Annual HK’s Hospital Benefit Tournament will benefit Lake Regional Laboratory. Areas of the hospital that have benefited from past tournaments include the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Obstetrics Department, Cancer Center, Wound Healing Center and Cardiac Cath Lab. The tournament was established by Harold Koplar, founder of The Lodge of Four Seasons. The tournament will feature several closest-to-the-hole and hole-in-one prizes, as well as two putting contests. Flights are scheduled in the morning and afternoon.
