My name is Larry. My wife, Glenda and I have purchased and or leased numerous properties both in the United States and Latin America. Glenda and I were visiting a friend at the Lake of the Ozarks last fall and we noticed a condominium was listed for sale by Pinnacle Real Estate Agent Laura Stransky.
We gave Laura a call and we were immediately impressed by her knowledge and overall personality. Laura answered all of our questions and agreed to show us the condominium that same day. Not only did she show us that particular condominium but she arrived armed with vital information about the complex and prepared to show us several other condos’. Furthermore, no matter how busy her schedule may have been, she consistently maintained timely communication with us.
Laura was in no way pushy but went way beyond what we expected from someone who we had never met before. She was also very patient with us throughout the entire process. She was a great help in negotiating the final details resulting in our purchasing the very condo she had listed. Her professionalism and dedication to her clients made the often stressful and arduous process go without a hitch.
In fact, she continues today to provide us with valuable information with everything from where we could go locally to purchase furniture, to the best restaurants and grocery stores when we are there. Our experience with her continues to be delightful. She even offered to keep a key to our condominium and open it up for whenever we can’t be there.
As mentioned in my opening remarks, we have purchased numerous properties in the past so we have dealt with many realtors. None have been better than Laura so we thought you should know that.

After I'd been driving all day departing at 4:30 am from the lake en route to my son's in Houston, I had stopped for the evening when a call came in from Mark. "Hi, Mark! And why would you be calling me at 5:30 on a Saturday night?" Because this had been a LONG time in coming, we both had a good laugh! Then he broke the news, "We got a contract!!"
The moment you'd rather forget?
I'd rather forget the day I had to call Mark to inform him that an accident had occurred in my condo. A water pipe had broken in the condo BELOW mine creating a freak flood in my unit. What ever happened to the natural law of gravity?!?
